JOB OPENINGS
Key responsibilities
  1. Design solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Create detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for solar projects, adhering to industry standards and local regulations.
  3. Prepare cost estimates and project budgets, including equipment, labor, and materials. Provide input for project proposals and financial feasibility assessments.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, installation crews, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  5. Perform energy modeling and system simulations to maximize energy production and efficiency.
  6. Conduct site assessments, shading analysis, and feasibility studies to determine the viability of solar installations.
  7. Provide technical support during project implementation and troubleshoot any engineering-related issues that may arise.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in solar energy to drive innovation in our projects.

Skills & qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  2. 3 years of experience in solar energy system design, preferably in residential and commercial settings.
  3. Proficiency in using solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD) and familiarity with relevant industry tools.
  4. Strong understanding of photovoltaic system components, solar technology, and industry standards.
  5. Knowledge of local and national regulations governing solar installations.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  7. Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a track record of collaborating in cross-functional teams.
