SolarNow had the opportunity of attending the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cape Town summit in July that was held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre. We presented insights with global IoT (Internet of Things) cellular connectivity specialist Eseye on the latest ways in which IoT devices can be deployed onto AWS. As a social business focusing on transforming lives by providing high-quality solar energy, appliances and financing solutions in East Africa, we demonstrated how we have successfully used IoT, while integrating M2M cellular connectivity and AWS cloud within our solutions, to provide more and better services to our clients. Eseye conducted a case study about how we have enhanced IoT technology to continue to grow the use of solar as an energy source across East Africa.
